1. How Shipping Works
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (Lead Time) + Shipping Time (Transit)
- Processing Time (1-5 Business Days): Every BitByBit DIY kit undergoes a strict manual quality inspection and artisan packaging process. This includes hand-selecting mica glass tiles and hand-finishing wooden bases.
- Shipping Time (5-14 Business Days): The time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your door once it leaves our facility.
- Total Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 6 to 19 business days from the date of purchase.
2. Shipping Methods & Expedited Requests
We utilize trusted carriers to ensure your mosaic kit arrives in perfect condition.
- Standard Service: All orders are shipped via USPS or Standard Ground.
- Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery for a gift or a deadline, please contact our customer service team at support@bitbybitdiy.com before placing your order to discuss expedited options and additional costs.
3. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update.
