If no instructions are provided, we will declare a value based on standard international shipping procedures for art supplies (typically between $20 – $300 USD).

4. Packages Held by Customs

Should your package be delayed at customs, BitByBit DIY is here to support you. We can provide:

• Digital copies of your Commercial Invoice.
• Proof of shipping and tracking documentation.
• Direct coordination with our shipping carriers to resolve issues.
