Absolutely! Every BitByBit DIY kit is designed for beginners. We provide a step-by-step guide and all pre-cut materials so you can create beautiful mosaic art bit by bit, regardless of your skill level.

Each box is a complete studio: hand-cut mica mosaic tiles, a sturdy wooden base, specialized glue, grout powder, sponges, and the necessary crafting tools. You won't need to buy anything extra!

Safety is our priority. Our kits use real glass with hand-cut edges which may be sharp. Therefore, they are not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Adult supervision is advised for teens.

Don't worry! If any component is missing or damaged during transit, please email us at support@bitbybitdiy.com with a photo of the package within 48 hours of delivery. We will send replacements for free.

We process orders within 1-5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery to the U.S. takes approximately 3-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it's dispatched.

Yes! We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout.

It usually takes 1-2 business days for the carrier to update the status in their system after the package leaves our studio. If there is no update for more than 7 days, please contact us for assistance.

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it is shipped. Once the kit has been dispatched from our studio, we cannot cancel it, but you may return it according to our Refund Policy.
