1. Delivery Timeline

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

• Processing Time (1-5 Business Days): Every kit undergoes a manual quality inspection and secure packaging process. Most orders are dispatched from our studio within 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Shipping Time (3-14 Business Days): Once shipped, transit typically takes between 3 to 14 business days depending on your location within the United States.

3. Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you the moment your kit is on its way. Please allow 1-2 business days for the carrier's system to update the tracking information.

4. Important Shipping Notes

• Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. BitByBit DIY is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
• Shipping Restrictions: We currently focus on serving the United States. We do not deliver to PO Boxes in certain remote regions to ensure the safe arrival of your glass mosaic materials.
