• Shipping Method: Standard carriers vs. Express services (DHL/FedEx/UPS).

3. Custom Declaration Requests

We strive to help our customers minimize unexpected costs. If you have specific requirements for the Declared Value on your commercial invoice, please:

1. Place your order on our website.
2. Immediately email support@bitbybitdiy.com with your Order ID.
3. Specify the value you wish to declare for customs purposes.

If no instructions are provided, we will declare a value based on standard international shipping procedures for art supplies (typically between $20 - $300 USD).

4. Packages Held by Customs

Should your package be delayed at customs, BitByBit DIY is here to support you. We can provide:

• Digital copies of your Commercial Invoice.
• Proof of shipping and tracking documentation.
• Direct coordination with our shipping carriers to resolve issues.
