30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: At BitByBit DIY, we want you to love your creative purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

1. General Returns (Changed Mind)

If you wish to return a kit for non-quality reasons (e.g., changed mind), you may do so within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions for Return:
  • Item must be brand new, unused, and unopened in its original condition.
  • Item must be in the original packaging with all mosaic tiles, tools, and accessories included.
  • Note: Used kits or kits with opened adhesive/glue cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees for non-quality related returns. We do not provide prepaid return labels for "change of mind" returns.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or style, please return your original item for a refund (following the instructions in Section 1) and place a new order for the desired item.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

We strictly inspect every item before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

  • Reporting Timeframe: Please report damaged or wrong items to support@bitbybitdiy.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Defective items must be reported within 30 days.
  • Our Solution: We will provide a pre-paid return label or send a free replacement/full refund immediately. You will not be charged any fees for our errors.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. To start a return:

  1. Email support@bitbybitdiy.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. For damaged items, please attach clear photos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide the return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved: Refunds are processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
  • Late Refunds: If a refund hasn't appeared, check your bank account and then contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.

6. Order Cancellation

We accept cancellations before the product is shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned according to our policy above.
